Our executive administrator Hailie is the calm, organized force behind the scenes at Mane + Layne, helping ensure every part of the client experience runs seamlessly from start to finish.

With a natural eye for detail and a strong passion for organization, she is constantly learning and growing within her role—supporting both our team and our guests with care, intention, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. From managing day-to-day operations to assisting behind the scenes, she plays an integral role in keeping everything flowing effortlessly.

Currently completing her yoga teacher training, she brings a grounded, mindful energy into the salon—helping create a space that feels not only beautiful, but calm and welcoming. Her approach is rooted in balance, connection, and creating an environment where both clients and stylists feel supported.

You may not always see her front and center, but her presence is felt in every detail of the Mane + Layne experience.
