My name is Carissa and I just wanted to tell you a few fun facts about me so we can get to know each other a little more. 

I am a born and raised Airdrie girl. 
Airdrie will always be my home and I absolutely love the community here.

I was raised in a family full of hairstylist starting with my great grandma, so i guess you can say hairstyling runs in the family. 
I remember growing up I loved to watch these incredibly talented women create art while also getting to connect and make people feel confident and I knew that's what I wanted to do when I was older.

My why, 

I'm passionate about making my clients feel like their most authentic, confident self. My chair will always be a safe space for anybody and everybody and I pride myself on that. Getting to see the look on a client's face after making their dream hair come true will always fill my cup.

The fun stuff, 

I am an absolute sucker for deep and rich dimensional brunettes and brondes, and I will always have a soft spot for my blondies.
Getting to play with different tones and color placement are what my dreams are made of and I love a good long MANE to work with... (see what I did there)

Education

I must confess I am a big ol' nerd and I love learning and with this ever changing industry there is always something new to discover, whether it be a new styling technique, a new color formula or a new trending cut I love to update my skills so i can provide the best service for all of my clients. 
I also like to keep my clients informed on the best ways to care for your hair at home because at the end of the day your hair is 10% what we do in the salon and 90% how you care for it at home. 

I can't wait to see all your lovely faces in my chair and get to know you more,
